Sales assistant / Stylist

Do you have a preference for finest materials, are you social and do you have an eye for style? Then we are looking for you! We are looking for sales staff/stylists to excel at our new interior store at the Overtoom in Amsterdam.

At Contempera, the shopping experience determines who we are. As a sales assistant/stylist you give this experience a face with a high service level and the talent to inspire. You share the collections with our customers with a lot of passion and always try to go that extra mile. Everyone in the team has a different background, this is what makes Contempera unique.

Responsibilities
As a sales assistant/stylist at Contempera you excel on the shop floor. You run the store together with the team. You ensure that everything looks perfect, you help customers make choices and of course you make sure that everyone leaves the store with the best purchase.

What we are looking for
• Minimum MBO working and thinking level;
• Proficiency in the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written;
• Available from November/December 2020;
• Flexible deployment from Tuesday to Sunday for at least 24 hours per week;
• Professional, representative, commercial and result-oriented;
• Creative with passion and love for styling and interior.

Social Media Manager - Part-Time

Can’t get enough of your phone? Are you passionate about interior and art? Then we are looking for you! We are looking for an enthusiastic part-time Social Media Manager for our new interior store at the Overtoom in Amsterdam.

At Contempera, the shopping experience determines who we are. As a Social Media Manager you ensure that this experience is also experienced online. You manage our social channels and provide relevant content that increases traffic. The work is almost entirely carried out from our showroom and you are flexible in organising your time.

Responsibilities
• From day one the pivot for content & marketing;
• Maintain and update all Social Media accounts;
• Creating and posting messages on all Social Media channels;
• Photography and maintenance of the image bank;
• Thinking along with commercial campaigns;
• Periodic brainstorming session;
• Traffic analysis.

What we are looking for
• Minimum MBO thinking and working level, in the direction of communication / online marketing is an advantage;
• Available from November / December 2020;
• You are very strong in written communication in both Dutch and English;
• You are analytical, commercial and result-oriented;
• You are creative, eager to learn and proactive;
• Passion for design, art and interior.
